What would you consider important requirements in any builder carrying out work on
your property -
- Turns up on time
- Speedy quotation
- Quotation covers all aspects of work, other than unforeseen circumstances (no surprises after job started)
- Additional work......where necessary or requested by client......quoted beforehand (no surprises at end of job)
- Work started/completed on time (weather permitting)
- Staff are smart and polite and treat customer's home as they would like their own to be treated
- Staff do not swear in earshot of customer/children
- Staff ask if music acceptable and noise level controlled
- Toilet supplied
- Keep working environment as tidy as possible (especially around neighbours' properties )
- Vans/Skips located in appropriate locations (consideration to neighbours )

Joe and his team have just finished a substantial extension at our family home in Gosforth. This is the sixth job he has done for us and as with all the preceding work, we are extremely happy and satisfied with both the caliber of the work and the price he brought it in at.
